Update of sanitary rules in Belgium

This Friday, October 17, 2020, the Federal government announced new measures as part of the fight against the Corona virus in Belgium.

Rest assured, we remain open and enthusiastic to welcome you.

However, bars and restaurants are forced to close for 1 month.
We are aware that this closure is not pleasant when traveling and can be a source of concern.

This is why we inform you that we offer an evening meal service in collaboration with a quality caterer. This service is offered to you in compliance with all the health regulations in force.

We also remind you that the accommodation is equipped with a kitchen (except oven) and that home delivery services are available in our region. They are easily accessible via App on smartphone or via Internet search.

Our health protocol

Due to the exceptional health crisis due to the spread of COVID-19, we are committed to using an essential cleaning and disinfection protocol to meet the safety requirements due to our guests:

- Room ventilation,
- Cleaning of surfaces using a disinfectant detergent,
- Disinfection of contact surfaces with household alcohol,
- Washing of sheets entrusted toa specialized third-party service provider,
- Machine wash at 60 ° minimum 30 minutes.

We want you to spend pleasant moments with us. As health security is everyone's business, everyone should respect barrier gestures as best they can. We will provide our guests with hydroalcoholic gel. Your well-being remains our priority.

Our Cancellation Policy

For a reservation you made directly with us

We offer you flexibility in our cancellation conditions with a varied price offer.

In case of travel restriction for health reasons, you are allowed to postpone your stay free of charge within 12 months. The sums that you have already paid (whether it is the deposit or the total balance) can be used in the form of a credit note for a new identical or equivalent service in the next 12 months.The price of your new reservation must not exceed that of the old one, or you can benefit from a higher category service than the initial service by paying the difference in price which will remain at your expense.

Regarding a reservation that you have made through an intermediary

We strongly recommend that you contact the agency directly (online or travel agency) or the intermediary who made your reservation with our establishment. Indeed, only the latter can decide on the cancellation conditions that he will have set. We are sorry, therefore, not to be able to intervene in this transaction between the latter and you.
